Fabrice Muamba admits it
will be difficult to choose between Birmingham and Arsenal when he
holds talks with Arsene Wenger later this week.
The midfielder has impressed on loan at St Andrews this season and
has helped Birmingham gain promotion to the Premiership.
Steve Bruce is eager to sign Muamba on a permanent basis but the
player is set to return to the capital in the summer.
Muamba will meet with Wenger in the next 48 hours to determine
where his future lies, with a number of other Premiership clubs
also linked with the teenager.
"I have got a meeting with Mr Wenger in a couple of days' time
about my future and then we will know something," he said.
"It was always going to be one of the hardest decisions I have to
make. I need to sit down with my family and my advisor and we will
see what happens.
"I haven't made my mind up.
"It is fair to say I would have more chance of first-team football
at Birmingham. Arsenal have got so many good players and Birmingham
were willing to give me a chance."
Muamba is suspended for Birmingham's game with Preston on Sunday
following his red card against Sheffield Wednesday but hopes his
team-mates can clinch the Championship title.
"I will be there to cheer the boys on because I want to finish with
a medal," he said.
"It will be great to have a medal because there are not many
winners in football these days.
"It is something I would treasure for the rest of my
life."
