has advised Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas to keep a lid on his
temper.
Fabregas scored the winning goal in Arsenal's 2-1 victory over
Bolton on Saturday and Nolan insists he is full of admiration for
the young Spaniard's footballing ability.
But he also feels Fabregas, who had to apologise to Blackburn boss
Mark Hughes following a touchline spat in February, can sometimes
lose his self-control.
"Cesc is fantastic and a pleasure to watch, even on TV," he
said.
"He has some great skill and fantastic passing - his vision and
range of passing is fantastic. I could go on all day about
him.
"But probably one thing he needs to sort out is he loses his temper
a bit too much.
"He does it at the wrong time. When he is losing he starts to lose
his rag - but he is only a young lad and I think he will be a top,
top player for many years.
"He is an emotional guy, but he will learn from that and probably
after the game when he has calmed down he is sorry."
Arsene Wenger has been critical of negative time-wasting tactics in
the past but Jens Lehmann was cautioned for using stalling tactics
in Saturday's game.
Nolan said: "Arsene Wenger can say what he likes about us - but he
has seen it for himself exactly what happens when you are 2-1 up
and they know we are going to have a go.
"Jens Lehmann has done it and they have done it. I have seen them
do it in Europe many times.
"It is just one of those things. He is going to complain about it
because Arsenal are known for their attacking football and Bolton
for being nitty-gritty." [/b]
Haiyaaa Nolan is just feeling shit that bolton is not arsenal's
bogey team anymore
