My CTR FD2 engine crashed when decelerating from 170km/h to
about 150km/h. Immediately after releasing the clutch, the engine
stops functioning and the whole engine unit needs replacement
due to severe damage on valve, block, pistons, etc..
I've just read from the forum here, there was a recall for FD2
engine on 8 February 2008. My engine falls into
FD2-1400003
- FD2-1402320
I've never informed by authorised workshop or my sales agent on
this matter.
Could anyone here advise me how to contact with Japan Honda
Manufacturer to put up my case? My car agent refused to give me
warranty because it is now 30000km, 10000km above warranty
eligibility.
