Always on those medicines you get from clinic they always print ‘3 times a day’ on it, is it 8 hours , 8 hours and 8 hours seperation between each dosage or 6 hours 6 hours 6hours , excluding the 8 hours or so u sleep ?

it's abit flexible though.. i mean at least 4 hrs apart ok liao..

Usually after meals. Taking meds on empty stomach is not the wisest choice. If it’s 3x day, maybe pop it before you zzz and again when you’re up. The other one in between during the day.

Yup, read the label – if it says b4 meals, don’t go cookoo and have it after meals. Prob pop it 1 hour b4 your meal.
