used to passby simei ite during my train journey everyday then
got this kind of impression
between ITEs i think there are 2 worlds apart between Bishan ITE
and Simei ITE..
Simei ITE students have got better environment so should score
better than their counterparts in Bishan.. (imagine be in a air
conditioned class rooms with a sceneric view outside the window of
aeroplaces descending from sky.. ,and beautiful girls training on
the tracks and of cuz the swimming pool 
) also notice that there is quite a
significant racial gap in terms of population between ITEs in
different areas..
so conclusion,different ITEs varies.. some are not too bad after
all..
