As posted by a couple of other people, i too have been caught
for underage smoking/littering. Just to ask if anyone received the
fine only after a month's time. As the NEA officers mentioned that
the letter would take about 1 or 2 weeks to arrive but up till now
it is not here, and it has been more than 2 weeks already.
