Hi need some advice here.. I was caught today for littering
ciggy butt and was issued a $300 fine. Problem is when the officer
ask me if it is my first offense i said yes but when i went home,
my mom reminded me i had a fine for the same thing about 4 or 5
years ago..
So what should i do now? Call up NEA and inform them? Or just
pay e $300 fine and act blur? Btw does anyone know whats the charge
for second offender?
