Damn unlucky. I was smoking those kind of ciggs that you roll
yourself at interchange. When i was done i crumpled the cigg into a
tiny ball & threw it into a drain. Skarli kena fine! 2nd time
leh must go court. Dont scold me i know its my fault. So sad. The
drain got so many bigger rubbish & i got fined for throwing a
tiny piece of paper =_= What i want now is advice or maybe those
who kena before share their experience with me please & tell me
the consequence. Can do CWO only no need to pay fine?
Btw if you see a malay butch and guy dressed smartly, beware!
They were the ones who fined me =(
