hisoka SG appeal lor say you didn't smoke in the bus stop. 1 you were just going to the bin 2. even if you were not going to the bin, you were just holding on to the butt/cigerette and was not smoking

ChingAlvin SG yes precisely.. If i flick to the ground, i will get fined. I went to the bin the disposed of my FINISHED cigarette, was fined. Its not as if the cigarette was still fit for dragging.
