Basically u dun really need to care whether your A Level is full
or not full.
The impt thing is whether u can use it to enter University. If
cannot, that paper is practically a rubbish becos its not a
professional cert.
Professional certs refers to diplomas and ITE certs where they
specialised in their profession like engineering, marketing,
design... N, O, A Levels are just a very general cert... Yes, some
companies only need u to have A Levels, but its a more general job
too.
If u cant enter university and cant go private... then u
better go retake A levels or apply for a poly place. As for signing
on, should not be a problem but u could be in the same salary
package as O'Level.
