well, schools with a relatively stronger arts fac are rj, hci,
acjc..
and actually rj and hci are only strong because of their humanities
programme, not really their arts stream per say....
cjc is up and coming.. but as of now i'm thinking if you wanna
study arts subject, you should aim to go to these three
schools..
Loyalty aside - this is, to me, a practical choice.
