STOMPer northstar saw this notice, signed off by a "Charlene", posted in a lift at Rivervale Drive Block 116C, in Sengkang. The STOMPer said: "I saw this post-it in the lift at Block 116C Rivervale Drive. "Clearly it shows that the bra is indeed very precious.
