Priority seats can be seated by normal people whut. Just make
sure they give up their seat to people in need.
Imagine the mrt is packed with passengers and there are empty
seats (priority seats). If people sat on these priority
seats, more people could enter the train.
i got idea.
instead of letting 1 person sit, the seat can let 3 ppl stand on
it.
so 3 more ppl can enter the train
