I don't think yr neighbour is weird
As long as they are doing it within their own space and not
blocking anything or hindering people from walking, you can't do
anything especially if there are no water being collected near the
plants.
Hanging your underwear along the corridor
is unslightly but they have every right to do so, but if you
are superstitious than it can't be helped -_-"
but their pots is near to our flat also. then their plants have big
leaves also. but they used up their corridor space though then they
using our corridor space too. there is water collected actually in
the small space between the ground. so like that can complain to
anyone?
