Bak la va SG eating meat is a huge task. so have to have stomach to eat mah otherwise waste money mah U are right. I plan to eat 1 green apple for breakfast n 1 glass of milk for lunch......... Dinner, lots of meat!!!!!
youyayu SG actually is better if you guys eat a heavy breakfast...the meat can't process if too much meat is taken at 1 go. so better have a heavy breakfast first.afternoon fruits will be good.and then at night The Feast begin!
