from my sis, there are agents around who scout for these type of
children and match them with childless married couple...
with our low birth rate, i think would be very long queue if go by
the orphange method now...
there are agent who scout around the regional countries,
hospital, midwives etc...
I not 100% sure hor....this one heard from my sis
one....
