You can try this method... determine your maximum heart rate
using this formula (220 - your current age) +/- 10. For example if
you are 20 years old then your max heart rate would be 190 -
210.
Then after that, you go running, run at around 60-70% of
ya maximum heart rate. DO NOT RUN at maximum heart rate. This is
because when you run at 60-70% of ya max heart rate, your body
tends to burn more fats for energy usage. If you exceed this range,
your body will cross over to using carbohydrate/sugar as a form of
energy, and thus your fats remains.
Eating too much food that is high in carbohydrate/sugars
will also make you grow fat, because un-utilise carbo will be
converted to fats and stored in your body too.
forget also about things like u-zap or what. because there
is no such thing as pin-pointing which part of ya body you want to
lose fat from. You have to exercise more, exercise by doing some
cardio workout, this way, your body will sense the need for energy
and will thus utilise some fat released from fat cells in the body.
Even though u might be running, fats can be released from all
different parts of the body, from face, arms, tummy etc, for
usage.
No point spending money to visit slimming centre or take
pills. Exercise is the best form of slimming down, and at the same
time u can keep fit too.
All the best.
