Ms.shells SG Bitter meh? mine is chocolate. I think it taste nice. Just like Milo with less sugar ^_^ i also bought from GNC but it's not GNC brand, the other brand. And yar you can always add milk to your protein shake, but i won't add any flavour, only will make your drink thicker =)
