You need ear plugs, not ear muffs.
Either you stuff cotton wools into your ears, or pick up those
cheapo soft ear plugs at maximum $1/- a pair.
Those that aircraft traffic signaler used or the weapons shooter
used are are like earphones with a headband known as a muffler.
If the noises is that bad the whole day, you dont want to get
those mufflers cos you are going to get a bad headache a hour or
more with it.
Or some of those earplugs that comes with your swimming
goggles.
