actually if you can time your run in between the showers (assuming you don't run for 2 hours), quite good weather to run.

i did it this morning but it would have been nice to do it yesterday as well - temps were low. you doing SCSM?

I used to run on treadmill. But stopped now a days. Now just workout only..

i alternate weight training and run/some form of cardio
