Just recently, my friend texted me and invited me to this party.
Yesterday, I met up with her at her work place to get the tickets,
and talked to her a bit. Found out she just ended her relationship
a month ago. She was smiling when she told me that, I was curious
and ask 'aren't you supposed to be sad? You're happy you guys end
off?' Indeed, she nodded. She was happy they both got out of the
relationship.
I've been friends with her for coming... say 4years? Actually,
all this while I've been wanting the chance to get to know her
'better'. Somehow I don't seem to get the chance. It's either I'm
attached, she's single. She's attached, I'm single. Between this 4
years, we haven't really met up for dinner or whatsoever. Probably
when we club, we see each other, we'll walk over and catch up.
Do you think it'll be weird if I go ahead and ask her out?
