From now onwards, outings will have strict rules to
follow.

Defination of our outing.
This is to make everyone clear.
From now onwards, our forum only consist of one outing. Official
outing.
There will be no such thing call unofficial outings, or what stupid
gathering...
Only one type, Official outings.
Which must have a Mods attending as a sub-organiser, or the
moderator as the organiser him or herself...
Big outing like BBQ or stay over outing may consist a committee and
committee members will be make known to the public.
And, do not have outing using the name of SC as you like. This is
our forum not yours.
(1) Approval of outing.
Ask the Mods before you organise any outing.
This is not you forum so freaking ask for permission.
(2) Only with mods, an outing will
happen.
From now onwards, all outing will only be
consider an official outing with the approval of mods and with a
mod going that approve to make it into an official outing.
If an outing is without a mod, it shall not contain the name of
SC(Singles Club) and will be their own private gathering and will
have totally NO connection with SC.
So stop using our name and organise gatherings.
Do not use the name of SC to organise your outing.
(3) DO NOT SHARE YOUR CONTACT
NUMBER.
Please respect other privacy and don't just
give out others number or email just like that.
And, Mods advice all members not to give out your contact number to
anyone except the mods. And yes, mods only.
(4) Stop spamming others on handphones by calling or
smsing.
This is something very serious.
If a person does not reply you or ignore you, freaking stop
spamming for that person is not interested.
If this is were to happen again, the person will not join ANY of
our outings again.
(5) SC is not responsible if any private gatherings goes
wrong.
You will know if an outing is by SC or not
with the rules above.
If you are on a private outing through SC somehow (which should not
be happening as SC will not have private outing anymore), we are
not responsible of anything that happen and it will have nothing to
do with SC. This is something outside SC and is personal and SC
will not be reponsible for anything.
Please keep that in mind. Do not use the name of SC to organise
your outing.
This is a rule to follow and not to complain or comment
about.
Therefore, this thread will remain close as there are no purpose
for any posting below.
