dun worry if u cant that someone now. I am pretty sure u will
find him/her when u are in ur 80s....
Coz at the age of 80++, that is normally the time when u cant
live without ur doctor..... and each time u saw the bill, u would
wish u can live without him/her. 
Hmm, the bill part kinda remind me of gf or wife.....
