wow. sounds dangerous.
yeah don't mess around with the neck or spine. the only time i
fainted, thankfully somebody was around and i missed hitting the
wooden corners on the piano by inches.
just lie down first and if the pain persists tonight, get a
consultation from the clinic doctor and take it from there. take
