These are community cats, who are responsible for them? You, as
part of the community.
Instead of complaining to the AVA, who will in turn cull these
innocent cats, why don't you start helping out by taking community
cats for sterilization?
lol...what community cats, no one is supposed to keep cats in hdb
compound, always got pple nothing better to do...feed cats until
they reproduce summore. As if singapore not enough stray animals?
In the end it 's either burden the spca summore, or waste more
taxpayer's money. And ya before culling innocent cats they should
cull irresponsible feeders =.=
