G-g-g-reeeetings!
I've checked my e-mails and the NTU's website but couldn't get any
strong information on when it will be implemented and who will be
affected. Will it be applicable to all ongoing students or the next
starting batch?
In all honesty, I find that the university's level of teaching
doesn't justify the costs [Such as mass tutorials] but that's just
me and I'm primarily interested in just knowing when the hike will
be in place, thanks!
