Okay, I'm currently a Direct Entry Student from NYP who have
entered NTU and I must say, I'm pretty boggled by the whole STAR
system and the GER-PE/UE programme.
I was just wondering, when exactly is the date to register for
these courses, is it a week before term starts? A month before? Or
during the first week?
