It rests on your approach and position in life.
Since work consumes 1/3 of my waking hours and possibly 1/2 my
adult life, I chose one that agrees with my interests and values.
It's a blend of livelihood and "dreams" for me. Neither takes
precedence because they go hand in hand.
I'm driven by the fulfilment it brings, both for myself and my
family. The hard work encourages success, in turn, we benefit.
