hi i juz graduated frm a jc last yr, n i m planning to go ntu. i
checked their website abt the tuition grant and they say that
students paying unsubsidised tuition fees are not eligible for it,
does any1 know wat does it mean by subsidised tuition fees and how
can i apply for tuition grant? i am not singaporean btw, thx
