TWS4793 SG SBS 0876R (31 BNDEP) and SBS 0877M (SP BBDEP) both use ZF gearboxes. The model is ZF 4HP500. As it's name suggests, it's running on a four speed transmission, but on the driver's side (I only managed to take SBS 0876R), there are only three buttons, the familiar D,N and R.
