I find Haiwan products to be good in the initial years, but
so-so only in these last 3 years...but I haven't tried much of
their products to be conclusive.
The manager mr Zou, though he worked for Meng Hai Factory, was
mainly concentrating on producing the shu puerh, so in this area I
think Haiwan's shu products still got standard one, the green puerh
may be a little erratic...
