it's near America. There are a few medical schools there. The
tickets are expensive because there are so many islands and not
many singaporeans travel from Singapore to Caribbean. The
islands are owned by different countries.
In the west, graduates who are unable to enter medical schools
in America would choose medical schools in caribbean for the
tuition fees are cheaper as well.
it's normal to be stuck in continental travel. Most people own a
car, some own boats while few own airplanes.
