is nov dec a good time to go taiwan?

title above...cause i heard summer time go there very boring.

Nov ~ Dec is cold normally below 20 degrees.

Good time to go! Imho, Oct till end of Feb is good.

Maybe I got too much fats, so I scared hot instead of cold.
