cuz they provided free delivery of my laptop back to my house
and their services and efficiency are good, furthermore they called
back to check whether my laptop is running fine after 2 weeks. and
she got ask me to compliment on their services haha which is weird,
which is y i just wrote feedback to HP just now

but however i put feedback that their products durability should
improve
reason is my laptop i dunoe is suay or unlucky, 1 year ago my
battery is faulty, cannot charge at all and i went back 2x to
repair and then change it. 2 months ago wireless adapter spoil went
for the 3x. 3 weeks ago motherboard spoil zzz, went for the 4x
time.
