The feet get cold first, then the legs, then the body (above
legs), finally the head.
Just go check if you don't believe. Or try in a really cold
place.

I said "spread" because there's no such thing as "coldness";
"coldness" is used to describe the state of being cold... rather
it's the heat that's lost...
