The better food stalls
in NUS(Personal experience)
Engin Canteen:
Nasi Ayam Panggam(sp?), otherwise known as the indonesian food
stall. Voted best in engineering canteen.
western food stall: best western food in NUS canteens perhaps.
The teriyaki chicken hot [email protected]$3 is a huge hit. Incredibly
guilt-inducing treat and MSG-laden(i think).
Minced Meat Noodles Stall, great for their ...minced meat
noodles and the meatballs noodles!
Cai Fan: Cheap and sure way to fill the [email protected] 2.20 for 2 veg
1 meat and 2.60 for 1 veg 2 meat. Generous servings of rice
Arts Canteen:
Yong Tau Foo- Voted best stall in arts canteen, and possibly
best stall in whole school. 2.05 for 7 pieces and noodles, very
great taste and very great chilli. quality and satisfaction
guaranteed. Otherwise, serving size of noodles not very
generous.
japanese- their daily special sets are decent and somewhat
filling, however at 3.50 dollars I believe. Huge variety and it
seems that the katsu curry rice is very popular
Claypot stall- huge variety so you will never get bored!
