The stomper is a retard (not really; just plain bored I guess)
to stomp something as personal as a blog.
On the other hand..the girl is even more retarded (srsly), blogs
can be viewed publicly, but that function can be disabled. Allowing
others to view her blog makes her responsible for whatever content
that is accessible to the public. Should have just set it to a
higher privacy level..
I know because I blog frequently, which might contain
questionable content that can be offensive to others.
