standing by the roadside at Commonwealth Drive, exposing his
bottom, and attracting the attention of motorists and
passers-by.
She said:
"I was passing by Commonwealth Drive this morning sometime after
11am when I saw this man at the roadside with his pants halfway
down.
"Every passer-by and every driver passing by was looking at him,
but he was simply oblivious to the public and continued doing what
he was doing."
