pictures and comment ah. aniwae i dun think its legal to take
picture of others without their permission. anione is able to shed
light with regards to this?
It is strictly legal provided it does not contravene any other
laws (e.g. indecent photos, military bases, etc......)
Of course, it does not make it any more ethical to take people's
photos without their permission.
Also, if you take someone's picture, post it online, and smear
the fella in the photo in the public domain, then the person in the
photo can take legal action against you if he wants.
