Think police should grab the whole bunch of them !!! They like cone
and road work so much ... do some labour like those caught
littering.
Let them spend 1 day at road work doing cone laying !!! To
repay society for their moron deed !! This way I am sure they will
not laugh when they see and road work cone !!!
