Say you have a high salary job say you earn 4k a month. But you
are unable to do the job but you do not want to leave the job cos
you know you are not able to find a job as high salary as your
current job.
So you bride your superior or collegues with money to ask them
to help you to do some of your work..
Say you give your collegue 10% of your salary which is $400 a
month for him.her to help you with your work so that you do not
have to resign/be sacked..
Anybody try this method before?
Please do not attempt to bribe your way through thinking that it
will bring you career success.
By doing that, you will lose the respect of those colleagues who
are bribed. Also, I do not see that as a long term solution.
What happens if one day the cat is out of the bag? You will have
to pay serious consequences such as being sacked from the company
and have a tainted record on your job.
Please consider your future. Have the diginity to walk away from
the position or have a candid discussion with your superior about
the challenges you have faced at work. Discuss the possible
solutions.
In the worst situation, should you be asked to leave, you may
not be able to find yourself an equally high paying job but I'm
sure you will be able to find a job which you are capable of doing
and learning, on your own. From there, you build your competence
and confidence. Very soon, you will find yourself able to handle
more than a 4K job and rise to greater heights in your career.
