well, this can be legalized and perhaps to consider new
regulation on this....
1) The Proposer must get approval (chop & sign) from spouse
and to submit to the relevant authority;
2) Proposer of the fling must practise safe sex
3) The Proposer and the entire family of the spouse (may include
grand parents, relatives etc. suspected of coming into contact with
the proposer) must agree and go for medical check ups after each
fling. During the interim while medical report is in process, the
proposer must abstain from all sexual activities with the spouse
until the medical report is cleared;
4) Submit all relevant clearances to the authority to close
case
