there should be two flashes, else you are safe.
cause there are two lines at redlight functions, so as to ensure
those who beat the red light on the 2nd line actually were driving
thru during the switching of orange to red light. the first line is
for those who drive through after it turns red.
And thus, if you really beat the red, you get two flashes.
Lastly, some cameras are fakes..
Like the one at SICC, I saw one car dashes through, and the camera
did nothing.
It was 9pm.
