Not sure to laugh or cry, I think our mata really need to brush
up their PR skill, do they know how to define 刑事暴力 case or not. In
any countries that I known of once it is a 刑事 case, the mata will
take action and charge the person. The best part is the mata still
mention that they have cctv and yet they just give the person a
warning only.
