SINGAPORE: Two Singaporeans are among this year's Forbes' top 100 World's Most Powerful Women.

She was left out of the list last year.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel retains her number one spot, followed once again by US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Brazil's President Dilma Rouseff.

The youngest on the list is 26-year-old Lady Gaga who came in at number 14.

Britain's Queen Elizabeth the second is the oldest at 86.

She's 26 on the list.

Forbes says the women who made the list are all ranked by money, media presence and impact.
