They integrate, or we assimilate.
Singaporean only do what is permissible. All that is not stated,
not allowed. Famous example: There is a U-turn sign means U-turn
permissable. No sign seen, no U-turn allowed.
Foreigners will do anything that is not prohibited. There is no
sign at all, so why cannot U-turn?
If their numbers are small, they will integrate, it their
numbers are large, they will disrupt the local culture. All hell
will break lose.
