this problem has been in tt place for the past few
decades.
i lived thru it. i dont see why they cant.
my time din even have the barricades.
they are ok except those tt get too drunk and start killing one
another.
and cross the road as if that is not a road.
maybe cause a bit of inconvenience but if choose to be resident
there, shd be mentally prepared, and then get used to it.
i cant say i like or no like but i can always work around it
like dont go out, or go out and come back after 10pm when they
all sua tiu
