Well, ever been in a situation when silence between 2 parties is
so glaring that it threatens to swallow u into the ground?
I have encountered such situations numerous times.... on the phone,
when i am with close friends...
But ultimately, sometimes i feel, that rather then to attempt to
break the ice, we should respect the silence.
Just becoz someone isn't talking doesn't mean he/she is being
unfrenly or lacking in social skills.
I feel, everyone is entitled to a little bit of their own private
garden. Whether they are alone, with frens or with a crowd of frens
& strangers. As such, when someone is silent, we should respect
that little privacy they are having alone with themselves at that
moment.
Ah well, dun really know what i am talking about at the
moment.
