The body of a man was found near the junction of Kampong Java
Road and Cavenagh Road on Thursday evening.
A police spokesman said they were alerted to the case at 5.56pm,
after a pedestrian spotted what appeared to be a body under the
Central Expressway flyover.
The man, who was found lying face-up, was believed to be wearing
a dark-coloured shirt and light-coloured pants. He was not wearing
any shoes but a pair of footwear was recovered some distance away
from the body.
The Straits Times understands that dried blood was also found on
the body of the man, who has yet to be identified.
