Only two parties were involved, bribe was given and
accepted.
How the hell did this case leak?
Many possible ways.
Maybe someone else saw the money changing hands and reported to
the management.
Maybe the ranger blabbed about it to his colleague while he was
p*ssed drunk during a togok session.
Maybe the woman stupidly boasted about it on her FB wall.
Whatever the case, this is one of the most idiotic cases of
corruption I've ever seen.
